Enalia provides complete management of the wine maturation process, from the initial harvest to bottling. Raw material is collected in trips (weighings), which gather all the information needed to start tracing the product. By selecting the destination, you keep real-time control of tank occupancy.
During maturation every possible operation on the wine is covered, such as pressing, racking, filtering, bleeding and devatting, and information is kept on analyses, pre-analyses and treatments. This gives you historical reports by recipe or by tank, with full traceability by material and operation.
The system also includes location management to keep growing areas geo-referenced.
